About me

Hello! My name is Christopher Perkins, but I like to go by piber online. My pronouns are he/they. I am a non-binary retail worker in the United States.

I am an artist, who expresses their talent in many different ways, mostly through online work. My main skills are in digital artwork and game development.

I have put out two games; Pibbles Dressup and Snowshovel. I also mod games, mostly Fallout: New Vegas. I was a contributor to the final major update for The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth Plus.


I have lots of experience with game design and learning game engines, I have even made two games myself; Pibbles Dressup and Snowshovel. I am well versed in the Lua programming language, with capability to learn more languages, I like picking apart how game code works. I have some experience with the Torque Engine, and with modding Bethesda Engine games such as Fallout: New Vegas.

I am also an aspiring digital illustrator, I hope to hone this skill in further to become a professional.

Notably, I was a contributor to the last major update for The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth Plus, being credited as Chris R. Perkins, I contributed to a major update of the Revelations mod, the Chapter 2 update.

My Fallout: New Vegas mod Complete Player Home Upgrades was featured in the Wasteland Survival Guide, and my other mod Mothership Zeta Rehaul I consider to be a major feat.

For digital art, I like focused works of anthro characters. Right now, I'll charge $30 for a full body, flat color image of a single character, +$10 for a fully shaded piece, with variation of prices based on complexity, finish level, form factor, etc. I can also do art trades.

For mods, it's a little more complex but generally I charge based on how involved I believe it would be to create one. For basic tweaks it would be $5, slightly more involved changes being $10, with further increases as the request gets more complex.

Minecraft skins are around $20 per, depending on complexity.

Dressup games based on Pibbles Dressup, these take a lot of work especially for new form factors or if you want lots of new clothing options and functions. Very variable prices, but generally averages around $100.
